Had our car stolen and needed security system installed. Mike initially was friendly and arrived when he said, to quote for the work. We agreed a date and time for work to be completed and on that date he never showed. Tried to call, no answer. Also left a voicemail, no response at all. Really unreliable, time waster. If he didn’t want to take the job, just say. Disappointed to see he’s still being promoted in the directory

Mike attended on time and within 24 hrs of my distress call. Amazing service, courteous and on time. Replaced faulty battery and did a whole system service and look forward to welcoming him back either in a year's time or if I have an issue. Very knowledgeable and very reasonable rate for the job. Used my leaflet that came through the door and would recommend his services to anyone. Amazing service and very worthy of inclusion in your leaflet for sure. Thanks Mike from a very happy customer

Mike contacted me to discuss my requirements and offered a couple of different options. We agreed the work, price and date to fit in work other work I was having done to the house. He did the work over a couple of days and my husband and I are very happy with it. Mike has done further electrical work for us.
