Prichards were helpful and communicative throughout. They were flexible around other tradespeople, available, and performed the work quickly and seemingly to a high standard. They were careful to avoid damaging the property to perform the work, and cleaned up well after themselves. I would definitely use them again.

Jake Pritchard carried out the work personally. He was reliable, consistent and kept the site tidy. He always left the site clean each day. His plumbing was exceptional, identifying any potential problems.

Jake responded quickly to the job request, arrived as arranged, and undertook the work the same day. He was polite, and did a neat job, taking all rubbish and the old unit away with him, having demonstrated the shower for us. We could pay securely by card, and an email invoice was received for the work.

Jake, along with his coworker, effectively coordinated the removal of my previous water tanks and the installation of a new unvented hot water cylinder. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and the rapidity of their responses in every aspect of our dealings.

Jake recently renovated our bathroom. The quality of his work is excellent and at the end of each day, he would thoroughly clean up and ensure everything was neat and tidy. He is honest, fair, reliable and very professional and the finished bathroom is fantastic. The quality of the workmanship is excellent as is his eye for detail. He communicated well throughout the process to make sure we were happy. He is extremely reliable and always comes when promised. We would definitely use Jake again for any plumbing or heating project whether large or small and we are very happy to recommend him.

Jake is not only a lovely guy and a consummate professional . I don’t go to others now just him . Boiler to be replaced next !
