Ben's professionalism was apparent right from the very start when he called me straight after i sent a request for contact on CheckATrade. Ben turned up to view the job right on time, and then provided really good advice and followed up with a detailed quotation within 24hrs. His communication and punctuality is off the scale and completely unique in these modern times. I could not recommend Ben more and would give him 10/10 for service, communication, price and punctuality. Ben did an excellent job of tiling bathroom and kitchen floors. He was punctual, polite and reliable. He was very considerate and gave a lot of thought as to how to minimise the time that the bathroom was inaccessible to us. He takes pride in his work and charges reasonably.
