From first enquiry to completion review the team at Pristine Roofing were extremely professional and went above and beyond to keep in touch & ensure high standards were met.

Excellent service , communications and workmanship at reasonable cost. Project required providing scaffold, coordinating work with solar panel removal by others, replacing broken tiles and repair of membrane. Pristine Roofing also provided video of inspection and report of roof condition. I would recommend this company.

Spencer was very easy to deal with and responded very quickly to my initial enquiry. He came to quote within a couple of days of my enquiry and completed the work the following week. Throughout the process, I was kept up to date with what was going on and everyone associated with the work were polite, friendly and respectful. Given the job was not a huge one, I was suitably impressed this did not deter Spencer who simply wants to make sure he looks after his customers.

Spencer kept us informed throughout including photos of the damage

On visual inspection, noticed that part of the chimney lintel had broken off and fallen to the tiled roof - possibly causing damage to the tiles. Acting on recommendation from my son and after studying numerous reviews we contacted Spencer, the Pristine Roofing owner. A visual inspection was carried out, a quotation presented and agreed. The work was completed and all rubbish resulting from the job removed. I thoroughly recommend this Company for any work relating to roofing, chimneys, tiling etc and would have no hesitation in using them again. THANK YOU SPENCER
