Excellent service. Punctual and sorted out a job that was probably more complicated than expected.

From the beginning of asking for advice, the approximate cost to the installation and cleaning up, we couldn't have asked for more. Wayne and Edward were exemplary. They completed the installation swiftly. Explained how to operate the CCTV. A very tidy job. Thank you.

Received reminder re the annual service. Phoned to make an appointment for the service. Friendly, professional service. On the day scheduled for the service the engineer arrived on time, and checked/serviced all of the sensors, the keyboard, siren and the main unit. Very thorough, competent and friendly. Definitely recommend this company (seventh year of doing it, so they are good at what they do).

The complete Installation was carried out by Wayne ( Engineer) and Edward his Apprentice. The Quality of Workmanship and Professionalism was really Outstanding and sets a Gold Standard for all future Checkatrade personnel. Every aspect of the Installation was carried out with great Knowledge and Care and most importantly Excellent Communication. I cannot recommend the Company and most importantly the above Employees enough for the Best Workmanship I’ve ever encountered. Thank You.

Prism have supplied and fitted cameras at Bearsted FC, they carried out a fantastic service and the quality of the cameras is excellent. The advice and help they gave the club was imperative and helped us ensure we didn't waste any of our money. Great service and on behalf of the Club we can't thank them enough.
