Lisa came and done a yearly boiler service for us really pleased with her work excellent tidy and efficient

We had an issue with the hot water pressure and couldn’t be happier with the service. Lisa was polite, tidy, and on time, with excellent communication throughout (even letting us know when a previous job had delayed her). She did a temporary fix straight away and then came back promptly to complete the job once the part was available. Everything works perfectly now — highly recommended!

Priory Heating came out and quoted me for 3 bathroom refurbishments and fitting of a water pump. I was more than happy with the quote. They provided recommendations for trades I would need to complete the refurbishments. They also liased with all the trades and booked them into the diary. Avril and Alicia kept me informed at every stage of the project, they were always on hand if I had a question. Oli was the plumber, he was polite, punctual, knowledgeable and tidied up every evening. As you would expect one or two issues arose but Oli sorted each of them out. The project started and finished

Priory installed a new boiler and a new water softener; all work went ahead according to plan and I can’t fault the work of Alicia and Olí.
