I called Byron of Priority Plumbing about a water pressure issue. He attended and looked at the cylinder and advised it needed to be inspected by the manufacturer. He helpfully assisted in discussions with the manufacturer. He kindly made no charge for the visit and his assistance.

Overflow had been constantly flowing. They traced it to a blocked pipe causing hot water to flow into the tank. They cleared the blockage and replaced the now distorted ball valve. They also supplied and installed safety handles into our shower which we had also requested.
