Chris was very helpful and accommodating of our particular circumstances. He phoned me to discuss the repair whilst he was inspecting the problem at the house. The quote to repair the felt and guttering was clear and detailed. He gave me the notice that I asked for, for the date the job was being done. He provided reassurance over what his men would need. They took photos of the work and shared them with me, so I could see what had been done, despite not been able to visit the site at the time. An excellent experience. Thank you.

Excellent project, from quotation to completion. Three skilled roofers worked very hard over two and a half days. The site was fully cleaned at the end, and some cracked tiles, which were not evident at the quotation stage due to moss covering, were replaced with new tiles within the original quotation price.

The quote was very competitive. On the day, the contractor arrived as arranged, the job was completed in good time and to a high standard - the contractor contacted me to confirm on some extra work that had to be completed.

Fred and the team did a great job redesigning a poorly constructed, leaking, lead flat roof and installing the replacement lead roof. The weather was against them but they kept me informed throughout and were neat, tidy, polite and punctual.

From quotation to completion Prince Roofing were great and very professional. They resolved our leak by replacing the whole roof and fitting new windows. Resulting in a leak free roof that also looks fabulous.
