  Appalling company

  My initial contact with Primvision was good, and the work carried out by what I can only think are sub-contractors. Since installation the equipment has failed 5 times in 3 months. I have called, emailed, texted Paul Parnham but he has not returned a single call nor responded. Instead I have had to contact the sub-contractors who are helpful and have returned to look at the equipment and try to fix but it’s still not working properly. I paid a lot of money for substandard equipment and service from the company itself. Primvision have not responded multiple online requests to discuss.

  Driveway,front and rear CCTV

  They came to the the property, evaluate and explained the best amplasament of the cameras, supplied and fitted 5 high end cameras and DVR system. The job was done in few hours on high standards. I've been quoted well below other companies. Very professional and highly recommended!

  Good job, fast and tide, good comunication and quality service. Cameras work so well, I don’t worry about them and I’ m feeling safe aswel. The instalators were so polite. Thanks!
