Jason got in touch very quickly and replied to all emails in good time. David arrived on time and installed a 65 inch TV and soundbar, provided really good and honest advice about what was recommended. Really happy with the high quality service, would recommend to anyone, thank you!

Dave arrived punctually and it was clear that he is more than competent in his work. He was able to explain and show what was wrong and to give options to deal with the problems. On the first visit he removed the faulty items and installed a new aerial. He did a very tidy job and for the first time in years I have good aerial reception. On his second visit he installed a new satellite dish and was able to place it higher than I had been told possible by others. Again he did a tidy job. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and would highly recommend them to others.

Had a new Aerial fitted last year by Jason still working great. He also fitted one in my old flat used his services twice now very pleased both times.

Jason answered Checkatrade enquiry promptly, by providing competitive quote from info submitted - a useful bench-mark for other quotes. I had overlooked problem with loft cabling. I asked for someone to inspect. Dave came within 2 days. He tested the signal strength in the loft and advised a loft aerial. He reduced the original quote and I accepted. Dave was friendly and helpful. He did the job quickly and tidily, removing old cabling and filling in the holes made by the old external aerial. I am very satisfied with the service I received and I can definitely recommend Primis.

Jason did an amazing job of putting my sky glass 55” on the wall and sorting the cables out into trunking and it looks fantastic. He tidied everything up as he went and I didn’t need to clean anything up after him! I am really pleased with how it looks and I am getting a quote for sorting out security stuff as well. Highly recommended 10/10 & 5*
