The fitter was professional, however one fitter did not turn up which meant the job took twice as long. Measurements were incorrect leaving large gaps that were overfilled with expanding foam, and the wrong handles were initially fitted. Two weeks later the job is still not finished as we are waiting for end caps for the sills, leaving a very sharp exposed edge which is a safety concern. Due to these issues, we have decided to use a different company for our porch and conservatory.

All installers were friendly and courteous. All products were exactly as described. Overall an enjoyable experience.

I have had all new window, new door and old canopy replaced. All work was to a very high standard. The difference In sound levels and warmth is very noticeable. A very professional company from stat to finish. Would definitely recommend them

We contacted Prime Windows, to see if they would replace a large window in our property,which consisted of six windows in the same frame,the price quoted was very good, the two lads that came to do the fitting were very good, clean and tidy workers, the job was done to a very high standard with no mess, We were very pleased with the work, that we are very getting them to do other work. We definitely recommend them very highly, thanks again to Steve and all concerned, a really good job at a very good price, ten out of ten.

Recently had some work done , new door, window and several sealed units replaced. Excellent service from start to finish with a good fitting team. My conservatory roof needs replacing so I've asked them to do that at a later date. I'm confident that they will do an excellent job.

Work carried out to a very high standard. The fitters came on time and worked continuously even in the damp, cold and drizzly conditions. They where tidy and cleaned up and removed the waste after each day.
