I really felt I had a great service. Rob was quick to come over give a couple of options and provide a quote . He managed to book me in quickly and the guys that came to do the job were really considerate and helpful and I was really pleased with the work they did. I would definitely have them back to do work in the future.

As usual they were prompt, courteous and efficient. They even did a few extra bits and left the garden and alleyway clean and tidy. Sterling service, all told, going above and beyond what could be expected.

After reading other 10 out of 10 reviews we can only reiterate what others have said. From the first meeting with Rob to the last minute Joel and Ryan left, it was all very professional, cannot rate them high enough. They removed a very large Horse Chestnut Tree limb and felled a tall Spruce Tree. They were courteous , friendly and after the actual tree felling cleaned every bit of debris up, you wouldn’t have known they had been here apart from the missing tree. The team works and acts professionally at all times, even the neighbours commented after how well they worked and the neatness of the area when left. We had the pleasure of working with Rob and his team to remove 7 LARGE Leylandii, reduce and thin others (including a Yew), and remove a dead Lime. From the outset, we were impressed. The quote was honest and reassuring – no pushiness, just sound advice. The team worked hard, each knew their role, and they carried out the job with care and professionalism. Really professional people and first class tree services. Rob, Ryan, Leon and Ben were excellent in their work, totally reliable, and didn't leave any rubbish at all. They also did the work for the gated development that we live in, and the feedback from all the residents is fantastic. Totally recommend Prime Tree Care, and will continue to use them without hesitation.
