  I had a great experience getting help from Sal to extend our internet connectivity to include our garden room. He was prompt, polite, and resolved the issue we had quickly. Can highly recommend!

  I had a problem with my PC that I thought a change of battery would fix. Prime quoted the best price and was able to make a house call. Sal arrived on time and quickly replaced the battery. When the PC was switched back on it seemed that the new battery had not fixed the problem Finding a fix went beyond what I had booked Sal for. Nonetheless, free of extra charge, he gave advice then and in a later message. He also offered to advise later by phone at no extra cost. Sal was quick, helpful, generous with his time and a pleasure to do business with.

  Data recovered from hard drive

  I contacted Sal to help recover lost data on our hard drive. He was very quick to respond and came to collect the drive and had it sorted the next day at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
