  Efficient Locksmith

  Answered my call promptly, listened to my problem and gave me a basic quotation. Waited until the next day to give me time to compare his quote with others . Following my agreement on my second phone call he gave me an arrival time and was at my home exact to the minute. Fixed the problem and kept to his price. Thats good enough for me.

  Alex is a true professional at his job

  Alex was very good at communication from my first text & call to his confirmation of arrival time, which was exactly the time he arrived. His knowledge and helpful tips were most appreciated and his friendly manner made the task of our annoying broken front door lock more bearable.

  Quick, efficient, friendly and reasonably peiced

  Called Prime Locksmiths after the front door lock seized and wouldn't open. Alex was on site within 90 minutes of my call and replaced the barrel. He diagnosed that the mechanism was also failing and managed to source a replacement, despite it being nearly 30 years old. He returned two days later, on a Sunday, to replace the mechanism. Quick, efficient, reasonably priced and friendly. An unreserved recommendation.
