Unprofessional. I called them in for an EICR test and the young guy who was sent by this company, was on his phone rather than testing. Then he left the premises without saying a word. The report came with 10 days delay and most importantly, the previous outcome for my flat was done less than 3 years ago and it was satisfactory, all of a sudden their new report shows lots of faults. It could have at least said something during the visit but nope. Got the money and bye bye!

Giorgio and the team at Primelectrics limited are exceptional. I hired them a few years ago to do an Electrical Installation Condition Report, and related electrical services. Primelectrics helped us with a EICR certificate in a very efficient and easy manner. Being landlords abroad, it is very important to be able to book appointments for our tenants in an easy way, and Giorgio and the team have been very responsive from the first contact.
