We used prime grade flooring for our up and downstairs flooring. It was a big project for us to take on. We met Daniel first, he was delightful and we were very impressed with his professionalism. He and his team gave a very competitive price. Once agreed, his team arrived on time everyday, completed the work to a very high standard and kept to our budget. I can recommend them highly enough. They have since done projects of multiple friends of ours, who have all been equally impressed.

I contacted a number of flooring specialists including Prime Grade, one of which claimed the repair could not be conducted without removing the fireplace and another wanted to charge an astronomical fee. Dan and his team at Prime Grade agreed to repair the missing section for a reasonable price so we decided to use them for the sanding and varnishing too. The repaired section is barely noticeable and the floor looks as good as new. Dan and his team turned up on time, completed the job and left the place spotless. If you require a flooring specialist Prime Grade comes highly recommended.

Prime Grade did an excellent job restoring my wood floor, originally I thought that I would need to replace it as it was covered in scratches and marks but Dan and Lee suggested to keep it and that it just needs a sanding and repairing. The floor looks brand new.
