Came out in just over an hour and did sort the problem very quickly, but they charged me £350 for 5 mins work, they did explain that this was a standard charge, I felt I had no option but to pay it as I needed the toilet fixing, but £350 for 5 mins work feels totally unfair

Mario had good communications and was very prompt. He extended 2 pipes that was required and then replaces the 2 leaky valves on the central heating system, even to go as far to extend the pipes to accommodate the new radiator. All tested and leak free. Thank you Mario.

A job well done. Mario came quickly on a Sunday morning and carried out a very tricky, awkward job with a burst pipe. He was very pleasant to deal with and kept me informed, when he had to go away to fetch parts , as to how long it would take and when he would be back.
