    Plumbing issues in a flat in Colchester resolved by Prime Fix

    l had a number of plumbing issues, including WC leak and a break down of my water boiler (immersion heater). Prime Fix came and assessed the work and speedily resolved all the issues satisfactorily. They were very professional in the dealings, waiting to test everything to make sure they were properly functioning before they left. All the issues, including unusual noise from the water pump, have been fixed. I'm satisfied with the service and recommend them to all who need them. Thank you.

    I had an emergency leak from the flat above mine and Adam was incredibly helpful over the phone and then came and sorted the problem within minutes of arriving. Very knowledgeable and helpful, would highly recommend.

    the toilets flush seal needed to be replaced as the water was leaking into the toilet

    They arrived at the time communicated and explained where and what the issue was. It was explained to me the different solutions to resolve the issue without any pressure. I will definitely be using them again in the future and we highly recommend them
