Prime assisted us after a flood and completed various bits of electrical work throughout our house. All works were completed to a very high standard and the workers were very pleasant and also left their work area spotless. The costs were very reasonable in comparison to others used before so won’t be using anyone else for electrical works going forward. They also assisted in recommending other tradesman for other non-electrical works who have been equally professional and value for money.

I’m a local builder, I used prime to re-wire my property. Ross and the team were very clean, tidy and professional.im very happy either way the work that was carried out and his prices are very competitive.

Following a home flooding incident Prime assisted with an out of hours call out to save the day and make our property safe whilst things dried out. Prime were fantastic in terms of quick follow up efforts initially and then to also come and replace lighting, and do electrical checks on the main board. Very pleasant experience and lovely, courteous and clean workmen! Very well priced too so can’t recommend enough. My search for a professional and reliable local electric company is over!

Unfortunately had a serious flood through the kitchen ceiling, causing the electrics to shut down and caused untold damage. Went onto Checkatrade for an emergency call-out late in the day (about 6pm) and Ross got straight in touch (literally within the hour) and had the electrics safe and sorted by 11.30am the next morning. Everything is now working and I’m delighted. Ross was not only fast to reply and then fast to attend the job, he was also very polite and reassuring, in the midst of what I would have described as a home disaster! Would not hesitate to recommend Ross at PES
