I recently had damp proofing work carried out at my property and I was very pleased with the service provided. Will surveyed the damp issue and gave clear and honest advice, providing a quote that was significantly more competitive than those from larger companies. I had some areas of crumbling plaster and peeling wallpaper which I suspected was a damp proof course problem, which Will confirmed when he came to inspect. He also identified some degraded brickwork on the exterior wall that was causing penetrating damp. On the day agreed the team arrived on time and got stuck in. They worked professionally and left everything as clean as could be expected. Prime damp proofing & property maintenance ltd is a small family run business with a combined 20+ years experience. Based in Ilkeston but covering all around the midlands.
