I had to stop work halfway through the job as the work was very poor.
The LVT wasn’t straight, it veered of by 18cms.
Lots of small pieces were then randomly cut and glued with no reasoning behind it.
The whole floor has to be pulled up wasting 12 packs of tiles and leaving a floor covered in glue.
Total nightmare! I’m £600 down before I start the clean up process.

For the benefit of those reading, this project was stopped by the customer mid-installation. It is impossible to judge an unfinished result; the gaps mentioned were the perimeter pieces yet to be scribed to the room's out-of-square walls. The customer’s claimed 'costs' are also inconsistent with the actual figures.
Currently, the customer is withholding my tools, preventing me from attending other jobs and earning a living. I have documented proof of my attempts to collect my property. My priority is recovering my gear so I can fulfill my commitments to other clients.
