  James and the team are very thorough and do quality work. I appreciated their input on decisions, and found their insights and expertise to be very helpful. They did an excellent job of scheduling the work so that time was maximised, and no time was lost over holiday periods. The team was friendly and highly professional, and I was happy to have them in my home.

  Full property reconfiguration and refurbishment

  Prime construction did an excellent job and we would highly recommend them. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result, it’s very clear they take great pride in their work. The project involved completely gutting and rebuilding our property and they made the whole process as stress free as possible and were always available to answer questions and provide advice. They managed the project from start to finish and provided excellent sub contractors where needed. The site was kept clean and tidy, everyone involved was very professional, friendly and polite.

  Building a watertight carcass for an extension

  Our on-site builders were professional, considerate, tidy and careful. They communicated with at all stages and worked to our plans. Any required deviations were discussed and agreed and we have no complaints. Prime ensured continuity of the work and the whole process was quite pain-free for us, with minimal disruption.

  Garage conversion

  We've been really pleased with the work carried out. James, Andy and others on site on time and very tidy. James also fitted us in for some extra work we decided we wanted done after the original works were complete and this was to a tight timescale that we had so this was much appreciated. We would highly Prime Construction.

  Conversion of conservatory and kitchen / downstairs loo fitting

  Very competitive and clear pricing, good engagement with project manager and very competent team. Had to use multiple trades but all were excellent, very customer focused and worked around us as much as possible. Team made excellent suggestions for improvement throughout.
