  2 Storey Side Extension

  Rick and the guys from Prime Buildings & Developments have recently finished a 2 storey side extension for me. (Spring 2025) The quality of work was really good, & the costs relative to the level of effort, quality and speed definitely felt like good value for money. Two things I was very pleased with were the amount of honest, simple and clear communication I had day to day with the guys on site about process and progress. As well as their ability to get along with and keep my neighbours happy during the build. Would definitely recommend!

  Load bearing wall removed

  Prime were absolutely fantastic. The service and communication from start to finish was smooth and reliable. Both Rick and Paul, who we dealt with, were lovely and despite all the dust that the job created, did everything they could to keep it tidy. We couldn't recommend them highly enough, and will be using them for future projects.

  Floor replacement

  A thoroughly good experience. Quick quotation. Easy to communicate with, and Paul, who did the job, worked non stop and produced a really excellent result. Because of their previous reviews I obtained no other quotes and more than happy that I didn't. Although I did get a quote earlier in the year which I accepted and every attempt to contact them about the job failed. And am I glad that it did. Thanks Rick and Paul. David Marks

  Extension build and installation of new kitchen

  We found everyone involved with Prime Buildings and Development to be courteous, professional and dedicated. We were really impressed with the quality of communication and the ability to accommodate the design we were looking for. We would not hesitate to recommend this company for extension services or kitchen installations.

  Kitchen refurbishment

  You should consider Prime if you want; -The right job at the right price. -A team who will show up when they say they will. -Builders that do what they say they will do and do it well. In all honesty Rich, Jamie and Paul (alongside their carefully chosen contractors for electrical and gas) have restored my faith in the trades. Nothing has been too much for them and they have worked alongside me at every stage to get the job and finish I wanted done. No surprises, consideration given for my budget and regular communication/updates. Plus the team seemed genuinely happy to be working with me

  Grounds work to support oak frame building

  Prime Buildings & Developments Team were contracted to carry out ground works and foundations for an oak frame building. Including laying new sewers and drains and electric cable. It was a delight to have them work on the build. The team are friendly, polite, good at their craft and extremely tidy. One of our neighbours was so impressed by their craftsmanship and work ethics that they asked the firm to quote for some internal work they want carried out. The weather was more often than otherwise abysmal, and we were amazed at how quickly the work progressed regardless of the horrible weath
