  Creation of open plan living space

  Rick and his team at Prime Building Developments built our kitchen/diner extension, removed two supporting walls, and fitted the new kitchen. We were initially anxious about taking down walls, but their experience and organised approach made everything feel safe and well managed. They provided a clear quotation, kept us informed, and worked to a high standard with a friendly, “can-do” attitude. We were most impressed with their communication and that they checked in to make sure we were happy and had queries answered at every stage. We’re delighted with the result and highly recommend them.

  The real deal: trustworthy, great communicators and reliable

  Rick and his team did an excellent job from day one. From making suggestions about how the renovation might be best done, to keeping us informed every step of the way, and quickly responding to queries, he definitely follows his mantra of trust, communication and reliability. Each member of his team was excellent too, friendly but professional, and going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the outcome. We would have no hesitation of hiring them again and can't recommend them highly enough.

  Amazing company!

  I just love using Rick and his guys. They have done our bathrooms, kitchen and now a garage conversion. I could not praise the workmanship, effort, honesty and quality enough and even after hey finished I was looking for other jobs they could do. Use these guys you won’t be disappointed.

  2 Storey Side Extension

  Rick and the guys from Prime Buildings & Developments have recently finished a 2 storey side extension for me. (Spring 2025) The quality of work was really good, & the costs relative to the level of effort, quality and speed definitely felt like good value for money. Two things I was very pleased with were the amount of honest, simple and clear communication I had day to day with the guys on site about process and progress. As well as their ability to get along with and keep my neighbours happy during the build. Would definitely recommend!

  Load bearing wall removed

  Prime were absolutely fantastic. The service and communication from start to finish was smooth and reliable. Both Rick and Paul, who we dealt with, were lovely and despite all the dust that the job created, did everything they could to keep it tidy. We couldn't recommend them highly enough, and will be using them for future projects.

  Floor replacement

  A thoroughly good experience. Quick quotation. Easy to communicate with, and Paul, who did the job, worked non stop and produced a really excellent result. Because of their previous reviews I obtained no other quotes and more than happy that I didn't. Although I did get a quote earlier in the year which I accepted and every attempt to contact them about the job failed. And am I glad that it did. Thanks Rick and Paul. David Marks
