  New home painted on time and water leakage fixed

  We got our new house in mid‑Dec and wanted to get it painted before Christmas for an early move‑in. Project Manager Jacky was helpful. He went out of his way to make this happen and worked hard to meet our timeline. The paintwork was done neatly - Ryan was quick, while Jacky was meticulous. The team discovered water leakage near the windows. Cheung removed the affected wooden flooring and replaced it with the skirting. He made a real effort to track down the source of the leak. We are especially pleased with his professionalism and workmanship.

  Fixed Broken Roof Tiles & Fitted New Eaves Tray

  Dean patiently explained the cause of the leak on the roof above my porch in detail. He walked me through both the short-term fix and the long-term solution so I could choose what suited my needs and budget. He also made sure I understood the work he carried out, which gave me real peace of mind.

  Highly recommend Prime Building , especially Jacky our project manager for their amazing services, speed , communication skills and attention to detail. Jacky was always available to help and gave us many ideas when we did our driveway. They finished their work a few days earlier than planned. Couldn’t recommend their services enough.

  summer house from a cracking team

  Chuffed to bits with the summer house built by this lot. From first chat to final touches, they were spot-on—really took the time to understand what I wanted. Cracking job all round, super tidy and proper value for money. Would definitely recommend!

  Garden structure

  Really pleased with the work carried out on our garden structure, including the pergola, decking, and fencing. The builder stuck to the agreed schedule, kept me updated throughout, and responded quickly to any queries. The quality of work is excellent and all done within a very reasonable budget. Would definitely recommend!
