Paul was the first company to respond to our enquiry about trouble with our satellite dish. He was very easy to talk to and explain the issue. He had almost diagnosed the problem over the phone so was able to give a rough quote to fix. He then turned up on the agreed date and carried out the work in a professional and friendly manner.
