I contacted Paul regarding an issue with pixelating of the screen when the image was particularly bright. Paul promptly got back to me and an appointment was arranged. I was still receiving a signal from an old analogue signal aerial and this was quickly diagnosed as the likely problem. A digital aerial was set up and connected. I also asked Paul to arrange the aerial for East Midlands reception as my original aerial was set up for West Midlands. With the help of a booster box this was also achieved. The charge for the work was also very reasonable. All in all, top work!

Paul arrived on time and carried out the work professionally, he was very efficient and confident in his approach to work. He carried out testing and made sure everything was working fine with a year's warranty, with no worries. I would recommend Paul in the future.
