  Efficient, very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. The adjectives could go on and on and we were so happy with Karl's visit and the other advice he gave us when asked. We would most definitely recommend and use him again. Thank you!

  Boiler Service

  Karl had good communication skills notifying us of time to get there. They were able to fit us earlier than expected which was very good as found that our Boiler had never had a service, Karl was very professional and was determined to get our boiler serviced properly even though this meant having to leave to find parts as they were not very common given the age of our boiler. Karl got the boiler serviced properly. Very happy with his work, he kept us informed the whole way through which puts us at ease. He was very friendly, kept the workspace tidy. Would use again, thank you

  Karl attended my property to conduct a boiler service and clearing of our blocked condense pipe. He was extremely knowledgable, professional and very efficient. Karl has quickly become my go to person for future work! Highly Recommended!
