  Change of Heating and Hot Water System

  I have no hesitation recommending Primary Heating. They have just completed a big job of changing my heating and hot water system. Karl was in my house for several days and Mark came along for two days, they both worked extremely hard and have done a great job for me. I found them to be friendly and always willing to explain the process for me and were happy to have my opinion. At the end of the job they cleared everything away and did all the work as per my quote.

  I connected with Karl after posting a job request on Checkatrade. He responded within minutes, and we spoke over the phone shortly after. I explained the issue, and he kindly offered to come round the next day, with availability to carry out the work the following day. Karl was prompt, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to talk us through all the available options and clearly explained what he could do for us. The work has been completed to a very high standard. I highly recommend and will be using Karl for any future needs.

  Efficient, very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. The adjectives could go on and on and we were so happy with Karl's visit and the other advice he gave us when asked. We would most definitely recommend and use him again. Thank you!
