  I connected with Karl after posting a job request on Checkatrade. He responded within minutes, and we spoke over the phone shortly after. I explained the issue, and he kindly offered to come round the next day, with availability to carry out the work the following day. Karl was prompt, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to talk us through all the available options and clearly explained what he could do for us. The work has been completed to a very high standard. I highly recommend and will be using Karl for any future needs.

  Efficient, very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. The adjectives could go on and on and we were so happy with Karl's visit and the other advice he gave us when asked. We would most definitely recommend and use him again. Thank you!

  Boiler Service

  Karl had good communication skills notifying us of time to get there. They were able to fit us earlier than expected which was very good as found that our Boiler had never had a service, Karl was very professional and was determined to get our boiler serviced properly even though this meant having to leave to find parts as they were not very common given the age of our boiler. Karl got the boiler serviced properly. Very happy with his work, he kept us informed the whole way through which puts us at ease. He was very friendly, kept the workspace tidy. Would use again, thank you
