Joe Hewitt of Prima Construction leads a team of four carpenter builders. They built a wooden garden room 4m by 13.5m..on ground screws. It’s a beautiful build. Working to structural engineers plans and under building inspectors’ supervision it is fully insulated and meeting all requirements of the latest building controls. Internally a 3.6 apex roof with 4 exposed wood trusses and perlins a great space. They renovated a George window as well as fitting stylish aluminium window/doors. It was a tight project to do in 8 weeks with Christmas in between. Dean and Ben who work for prima are really good builders/workmen.
