  Reviving a wreck

  We bought a house that was in really bad shape and needed a builder who could bring it up to standard to reach it's potential to be our perfect family home. After a bit of research we selected Prima Construction for this work and we're really pleased that we did. Joe and the lads were brilliant from start to finish; always punctual and hard working; we had good communication when problems cropped up and they were always ready with a solution while trying to keep an eye on budget. They achieved an amazing amount of work in a relatively short time and I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks Joe!

  Back to brick refurbishment and loft conversion

  We appointed Prima to convert a 2 bedroom mid-terrance house into a quality 4 bedroom all ensuite HMO. After receiving quotes from a few other local builders, we found Primas quote to be very comprehensive and we particularly liked their work ethic and "can do" attitude. They completed the project on-time and within our expected budget. The project wasn't without its problems, but Joe and Aiden came with solutions to rectify them. Overall a great experience and we look forward to working with them again on future projects.

  Joe and his team were a pleasure to have around whilst the work was being done, very friendly yet efficient in their work and it was done to a top standard! Reliable and work was done to the timescale, Will definitely be using them for any other work I need doing in the future

  Building large garden room

  Joe Hewitt of Prima Construction leads a team of four carpenter builders. They built a wooden garden room 4m by 13.5m..on ground screws. It’s a beautiful build. Working to structural engineers plans and under building inspectors’ supervision it is fully insulated and meeting all requirements of the latest building controls. Internally a 3.6 apex roof with 4 exposed wood trusses and perlins a great space. They renovated a George window as well as fitting stylish aluminium window/doors. Welsh tiled roof whole building clad in larch feather board with detailing around windows and edges. Thank you

  Loft Conversion
