Presto are brilliant! booked a boiler service which was carried out promptly as we needed it doing before our baby came, they advised that the boiler wasn't secured so came to secure it properly. I asked to move the appointment and got a reply with a date and time that suited me straight away, and staff are friendly too. Thankyou!
