Very prompt reply to initial enquiry. Arrived next day within window quoted. Gave on the spot quote (bit more than expected but then I'm not an expert) and offered to do work there and then. Advised of another potential source of the leak (failed cement at top of roof tiles) and quoted for that. We agreed a price for all work to be completed, it was then done at pace with what looks like a decent standard finish (again I'm not an expert).

The team were very quick in responding and providing a competitive quote, job was complete within hours and to a high standard . Left the property clean and recommended further works in future that may be needed.

I had Prestige Roof Repair out at the end of December to replace the felt and battens on the rear side of my roof. The quality of the workmanship seems very high and would recommend them for any roofing job.

Came and looked and fitted us next day. Good communication throughout and job done to a good standard even fixed leaky guttering as well, would use again.
