Prestige Roofing of Shrewsbury saw the problem and arranged a day to come back to do the work. They replaced the flashing but the chimney still dripped water, the same amount as before. We called them back and again they went up on the roof and did some repointing of the chimney. Sadly the leak was the same. Next time they came they needed an extra £500 for scaffolding to do more repointing. The leak continued. We left it for while hoping that the flashing and repointing would bed down. Every time I ring they put the phone down. The charge for this job was £2,900.

Work was meant to be carried out on our chimney, waited for the guy to arrive on three separate occasions and didn't show up, each time with a different excuse and being notified hours after he was meant to come. Finally came the fourth time and did the job to a low standard and left unfinished to this day after he said he will be in touch to come back and finish. Have been unable to contact the guy since. No invoice or paperwork either.

Roof repair turned up when they felt loke it mucked about on the job so much job is not adequate and may even need to get someone else to redo what they have done wrong and missed even took our ladders and had issues with the scaffolding company they had absolute nightmare

Cost as per agreed quote for a gutter repair needing scaffold towers. Job completed efficiently in two days and left clean and tidy.

We had a leak coming in around our chimney flashing, Prestige roofing came and did a wonderful job of installing new leadwork and we're very friendly and polite. Will definitely use again
