After detailed job spec and numerous photos by email we made arrangements for Prestige's appointed Quantity Surveyor to visit to help them prepare quotes. QS didn't arrive and transpired incorrect date had been given in email. On rescheduled date, QS didn't arrive and transpired all appointments had apparently been cancelled by Prestige that very same morning (with no notification to prospective clients) because they'd decided not to take on any more contracts.
