  Burst pipe.

  A water utility company had caused a leak in a pipe under the kitchen sink. Prestige fixed the leak in a very hard to get at location. They also provided a letter and invoice to enable me to claim back from the utility.

  Fair and professional company

  On the face of it, it was an easy job, and I was quoted a fair price. However it turned out to be difficult due to space restrictions and badly fitted existing pipe work. I suspect the job took an hour and a half longer than it should have done, and I asked if there was an extra labour charge, but Jake and Dom told me the price quoted was the price I paid, and that was just the way some jobs were. I would say, polite, trustworthy and reliable, they clearly are very professional and I can absolutely recommend them and the company. Many thanks guys.

  Repair water leak at the stopcock

  We had high water usage for a few months,local water company said that there was water leak under ground under concrete which would cost a fortune to repair. Prestige Plumbing checked my stopcock found it was leaking. They sorted it out very reasonably Nice guys, just got on with the job, cleaned up after job and hovered up after completing the job Thanks J B

  Installing new fittings in en-suite bathroom

  Very pleased with Jake and Dom’s service and high quality of work. Both were very responsive from the beginning, we texted and had a phone call and my job was started within a couple of days. They were polite and offered to take their shoes off when arriving at my property, and cleaned up after the work was complete - which I really appreciated. When fitting items in the bathroom, they asked me where and how I wanted things done before going ahead and fitting. The job itself was completed efficiently and on time. Very happy to recommend this company.
