  We have some issues with the flat and Marcin told us he would go an look at the problem. It is hard enough to schedule tenants alongside tradesmen. He pulled a no-call no show.

  Marcin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He removed some old satellite dishes, cleaned guttering and a flat roof, which we couldn't reach. He was very careful of existing wires when removing the old satellite dishes and tidied everything away afterwards.
