Complete knock through of whole downstairs of 4 bedroom house using steels. Plaster all walls and ceiling and new oak doors. All new electrics and lighting. Install kitchen with quartz and quooker tap. Fabulous oak fireplace with granite hearth. Herringbone floor throughout. Garage conversion to bedroom and utility and shower room.
