It was easy to reach out to Paul for a quotation after sending photos of the installation which needed replacement. I appreciated the follow-up site visit before the quotation was finalised. Before the scheduled day Paul called to check my preparation. With such an old installation (50yrs?) there were snags to be overcome and I was impressed with the 'can do' attitude to each issue. I was very impressed with the completed work, both the pipework and repositioning showed quality workmanship. Friendly, Approachable, Experienced. I own a number of properties and have used the services of quite a few tradesmen in recent years - including plumbers. (I have dealt with Which Trusted Traders to get electrical, kitchen, major plumbing and flooring work done.) I have had dodgy traders from Checkatrade and by recommendation so I try to get a WTT where possible. Paul Harris (Prestige heating & Plumbing) is outstanding among these and so I’m writing a rare review.
