Thank you to Prestige gas and heating We came home from holiday to a broken boiler. Prestige were quick to assess our problems. The boiler wasn’t fixable so a new one was needed ASAP Prestige had it all fitted in quick time. Usually such things cause an awful upheaval in the home, not this time they were quick, clean and personable. My house is warming up now and I have hot water again. Thank you prestige gas and heating. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I got a new kitchen and needed the hob fitted in. The plumber was a lovely guy - he arrived early, helped me move the washing machine etc out the way and completed the job pretty quickly. It then turned out that the gas pipe had been cut off in a different place but was able to sort that out for me too on the same day and at a very decent cost. He also fixed my leaking sink while he was there! Nothing bad to say:)

Andrew communicated quickly and professionally before the job. He was punctual and really friendly but professional. He talked through the checks he was making on the hob and boiler. Checked my carbon monoxide alarm and advised best place for it (top of boiler). He also checked fire alarm. Quickly issued certificate using his portal and payment was made by bank transfer. As this was a tenanted property, I felt confident that everyone was safe and secure. Will use again and highly recommend. Thank you again .

Andy was recommended to me by a friend when I needed a yearly service done on our boiler. He responded quickly to the message and was very professional.
