Quoted us to pave front, new wall, levelling flags in garden, changing turf to artificial grass and removal of waste. They dug up the front of the house on Friday 3rd July using another company we paid direct, still not cleared waste by 17th July. No work done in back as they were waiting on a grabber that “let them down”. Kaden took money upfront for materials and hasn’t been back. Constantly broken promises which we’ve got on video with audio. Gave them reasonable time scale to come and do job even after delays, as per legal advice. Now can’t get hold of them via phone or messages.

I booked them to raise and reflag my garden, but it has been a complete nightmare. On Day 1, they flattened the area and demanded £2,000 upfront. On Day 2, they worked for just over an hour and took another £1,500. On Day 3, they worked 1.5 hours, then blocked my driveway for 3 hours until I handed over another £1,500. ​They have taken £5,000 and haven't returned since 30th June (it is now 15th July), despite endless broken promises to show up.They broke a fence panel to get their digger in and never replaced it. I have asked for a refund and they no longer answer the phone or reply to texts.

Came to replace some decking boards and a rotten frame for my grandmother. First they arrived 2 hours late, ripped the bit of decking up then wanted cash up front for materials! Said they'd be an hour getting materials which turned into nearly 3. Work was done in half an hour. When I checked the work the decking wasn't secured, was missing screws and the rotten frame wasn't replaced apart from one small spot. They also overcharged! When we complained they said they will be back to have a look but never turned up. Also was told she'd receive an invoice which she hasn't. Definitely avoid!

I am very happy with my new porcelain tiles and artificial grass they kept a clean and tidy work place this company works very efficiently definitely recommend prestige driveways and landscaping.
