  Impressive outfit with professional standards.

  Upon putting out the enquiry, a number of roofers contacted me. After choosing a couple to quote, I made the decision to go with Premium Roofing and Property. Dennis arrived with his team, within a very short time frame and punctually too. He made it very clear what work he was doing, what was needed and how much it would cost. The work was carried out on all elevations of the main roof as well as some lower hips/ bays. All in all, very polite, punctual, professional and competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend Dennis and his team carry out work. Refreshingly smooth and trouble free !!

  New roof and repairs

  Excellent company. The lads are very hard working and professional. They have great knowledge and explained everything to me well and gave advice. The work was very last minute. They came everyday and completed the job in time for Christmas. They have gone above and beyond. Thank you 😀

  Roofing repairs

  I recently lost over 5 slates on my roof and the chimney pot off the top of my chimney, I called premium roofing and property maintenance they came out the next day to repair my roof and chimney, I believe the young man was named Denis, the work he carried out was exceptional and was also a fair rate. I would recommend these men to anyone who needs any work in the future on or off the roofs. Thank again for the work.
