Honestly such a pleasant experience and absolutely fantastic work. Ross was super responsive and so rapid when I’ve been ignored by other companies – he was more than happy to discuss my questions and assure any queries I had over the phone before the work started. The team then came out to assess the room and make sure that the work would be tailored, not just a rush job. Then the teams that came to do the work were absolute joys - they were so efficient, tidy and super respectful. I’ve come away with a spare room that I absolutely love. Thank you so much!
