The quote was very competitive, but their initial visit is what won us over - taking time to measure up the loft space, draw diagrams, take notes and then refer back to them at quoting time. other companies just had a quick look in the space! Premium Services did a very good job installing our loft insulation. Communication throughout the booking process was excellent, the price was very competitive, and the workmanship was completed to a good standard. The only slight issue was that I had specifically requested ventilation strips to be included, but when the engineers arrived they weren’t aware this had been requested. A little better communication between the administration team and the engineers would have avoided this. That said, the team were professional and I’m very happy with the overall quality of the work.

This firm impressed us with their great efficiency, curteousy, professionalism, and friendliness by everyone concerned. All were clearly committed to doing a very good job - which they achieved - we are delighted by the results (insulation, flooring, replacement ladder and trapdoor into the loft) making it all so much better. Visits, quotes, and then work schedules were very speedily arranged, with clarity as to what would be done. All staff showed an impressive work attitude including dealing with unexpected challenges, well. This firm deserves to do very well. We cannot rate it too highly.

We had our loft re-insulated, half boarded with a new hatch and ladder fitted. Everything was completed professionally and the team kept everything tidy and left the area clean when the work was completed. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and would have no hesitation in recommending Ross and his team to others.

We have just had our loft insulated and boarded out by Premium Property Services and they did an amazing job. From our first contact with Ross, we felt that this was the company to choose and we were so glad we did. Lee, Dan, Rob and Perry worked so hard and were punctual, polite and really helpful. They emptied out the enormous amount of stuff we had in the loft before they started work and were patient with all our questions. We were absolutely thrilled with the finished job and can’t recommend them highly enough.

PPS removed the existing insulation from my loft and cleared up the area - it was a very thorough job. They then laid new insulation and put down some boarding. My loft now looks fantastic. PPS also removed a strip of tarmac that was laid at the front of my drive by a different company last year. PPS replaced it with new edging that looks so much neater. Lee did a fantastic job. He worked incredibly hard, kept me up to date and was friendly and professional. When Ross came over to quote, he was very knowledgeable and patient in answering questions. His communication was excellent throughout
