Ross at Premier Property got someone round to estimate very quickly, cleared up any questions I had & fixed for the work to be done within 3 weeks. Communication throughout was great & the team who came were very efficient, scrupulously tidy, and very friendly. Great job done in less time than anticipated & all rubbish removed. Lee one of the workmen for premium property services came to our house and in just a morning fitted us a great loft ladder so we can access our loft safely no fuss no mess great workmanship I would highly recommend this company to everyone and it only cost £330

What a brilliant job Premium Property Services did for us. Ross arrived at the agreed time and quoted us for all the work we required. He was such a nice man, with a very professional outlook and I was straight away impressed by his demeanor and work ethic. He also respected our home. We accepted the very good quote and Ross was very attentive to our needs and a mutually convenient date for the work was booked in. We had 3 different teams in for various parts of the work & the work ethic of everyone was amazing, they all respected our home and cleaned up afterwards. Amazing company! 10/10
