  Highly recommend. Quickly came out to look at and discuss work required. Provided a competitive quote within days and even updated a couple of times as I requsted further work. Once work agreed, a date to suit both parties was in the diary. They arrived promptly and were both professional and courteous. All work discussed and they even identified and repaired a couple of small issues on the day. The work carried out was of an excellent standard and all rubbish cleared away. Would not hesitate to use again.

  Jack was very communicative, professional and helpful from our first communication. He came to assess the quote really quickly and sent this through professionally for me to consider. I didn’t feel any pressure nor did I feel upsold about the works and it gave me a great feeling from the start. After getting 5 quotes, we decided to go ahead with premium home improvements. The works were carried out in a reasonable amount of time. Staff were professional, friendly, respectful and tidy. The work was completed inside 2 days and we really appreciate the positive experience 🌟

  Pitched roof replacement and asbestos removal

  Really pleased with the work and experience of using Premium Home Improvements. They came out and quoted the next day and the quote was far more reasonable than the others that we got and they didnt try to oversell any "unforseen" extras. Due to a cancellation, they booked us in 4 days later and the job was done over the single day (originally booked for two). Both lads that came were sound and seemed knowledgeable and very happy with the finished product. Would use again

  From start to finish we were kept up to date and informed. Quote was detailed and accurate. The repairs were done to a very high standard. 100% would recommend and we are having them back to further work soon. Top work and very friendly and polite.
