We used Oliver for a high-end property. On the first visit, he caused water damage to the ceiling below, requiring repainting. On the second occasion, he swapped out two boilers; it was quoted at 2 days, but he rushed the job in 1 day. He noticed the expansion vessel was faulty - he said he would order it for next-day delivery to get the system working. He did not adequately protect our cream carpets, and there were oily footprints everywhere. As soon as we paid him for the boilers, he disappeared and refused to do the extra work needed or repairs. He didn't even sign the warranties. AVOID.

Oliver was very prompt for boiler service and providing Landlord's gas safety certificate. Also reasonably priced and no VAT Would certainly use again and recommend
