Placed the order in October and was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks. Had no communication from the company and chased them to be told it would take longer. No further communication from them until fitting, which took nearly 5 months. The fitting and quality of products was great but the communication and reliability with the order let them down. I don't think they delivered the best customer service throughout the journey. I would only recommend them for the product and fitting not the overall service.

Very professional and did a great job

I placed an order on 17th June. Excellent service by Mark Robinson, he very helpful and had lots of knowledge to support me. We are now on the 5th Aug with no update. I have called the showroom on approximately 5/6 times to which no firm update can be provided. They have advised a lead time to which that lead time is now expired. I was advised that we must allow 10 days beyond the above mentioned manufacturing lead time. The additional 10days has now expired. I’ve been promised multiple times a phone call back so that my order can be installed. Can my nerves cope Another phone call :-(

Affordable price, good quality, clean and tidy fitting. Very polite, and respectful of property. And they look fantastic I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

I ordered shutters and blinds and the two fitters who arrived to fit them were called Mark and Zach they were so friendly I felt so at ease. They are excellent at their job they know what they are doing, they make sure everything is clean and tidy before they leave and answer any questions you may have. So thank you so much Mark and Zach it was a pleasure to have met you

The fitter (Colin) completed the job and had completed all the other blinds in our home last year. Such a highly skilled and very professional guy. Great quality products and superb customer service from beginning to end. I highly recommend.
