I found the company very good, I found that the sales representative very pleasant and easy going and we felt under no pressure to buy the Windows. The Window fitters were also very pleasant and got on with the fitting quickly and did an excellent job and were very clean and tidy. Greg arrived promptly and was able to start on the careful removal of the old bay window with the help of his assistant Daniel. The new bay window was installed with great care and attention to detail. The quality of the installation in terms of accuracy and finish was excellent and they were meticulous in clearing up before leaving. I was very impressed with the manner in which they worked throughout this installation. They were extremely professional, polite and courteous throughout. Thank you Premier windows for such excellent service from sales right through to the installation of our elderly Mothers windows. Jason and his son were professional, considerate and very tidy. A great quality installation. Thank you also to the girls in the office who at every step kept us informed.
