  Absolutely fantastic! Everything was to a very high standard and Darryn can spot problems and put them right before starting saving time and money. Can’t recommend them enough would definitely use again.

  Words don’t match behaviour. Darryn needs to manage expectations better.

  Tiled playroom area. He said he would assist me as I had some cowboys previously - this became a protracted process I could have done without. Darryn became like the traders you wish to avoid, as someone who’s words do not match their behaviour. Darryn completed the job Thursday 13th Nov. He used an apprentice I was not aware he was going to use, taking longer and got me to buy more tiles. Instead of using previous boxes he used the more new ones so I couldn’t return surplus tiles costing me £95 loss. He chased his invoice which I had already paid same day. Sealant was put on wet surface.

  this review has nothing to do with my tiling of the play room. if the work was so bad why did you book me to do more tiling? this is all about a report that you wanted me to do about your kitchen fitter that tiled your kitchen (3rd fitter as you had already thrown 2 off site). you were unhappy with his work/price and wanted a report so you could take it up with the ombudsman/wren. however i didn't produce the report quick enough for you, even tho i was doing it free of charge and in my own time. you kept the tiles in the back garden so the boxes rotted. that's why u couldn't take them back.

  kitchen floor tiling and living room brick wall

  Darryn from Premier Tile & Stone Just completed a great work in our house. He retiled our kitchen floor and created a slip-brick decorative feature wall in our living room and we couldn't be happier with the results! His craftsmanship is absolutely outstanding - Every tile is perfectly placed, the finish is flawless and the attention to detail really shows. He was very proffesional and reliable. He also took great care of our house and made sure to leave the space clean and tidy after he finished. I can highly recommend Premier Tile & Stone. Thanks so much for a brilliant job!

  Darryn and Frank did an awesome job on my kitchen floor tiles. From my initial request to the finished job, Darryn stayed in contact and was very responsive and accommodating to my requests. I am extremely happy with the finished job and will definitely use them again for my next job!
