Excellent service. Urgently needed a replacement tank and system installing for a house sale, Premiertech promptly came out to see the site and quote and an installation date booked for just 3 weeks later. Extremely efficient, the site was tidied every day before leaving and left tidy on completion. No issues at all, any queries were quickly resolved and hand over was clear and prompt. Phil, Chris and Dan in particular were extremely helpful and the whole team very professional and friendly. Can't thank them enough for resolving a stressful situation!

Premier Tech identified several problems with the installation of the original water treatment system put in by a different contractor. Premier Tech rectified these and proposed the installation of a drainage mound as the discharge drainage pipe was completely blocked and had collapsed. All work was carried out to a very high standard by experienced and knowledgeable engineers. We now have an effective system.

The area sales manager visited site a number of times to assist with deciding on the most appropriate package treatment plant and control system. The equipment arrived within a few days of being ordered and was all correct. The commissioning team were very helpful and efficient and as part of the handover provided a good explanation of the key features and controls.

The two managers were always available to chat with regarding any queries or concerns and the team was courteous and helpful when around our property which made us feel comfortable.
