Worst experience with a builder. The company gave repeated excuses for problems instead of solving them. Poor crew organization resulted in them often not showing up without notice, requiring the client to chase them for updates. The builders were very messy, leaving paint and plaster on a new window and cement on new flooring. Despite promises, they failed to clean up and I had to clean the flooring myself to prevent damage. They are now pressuring me for final payment for the remainder of the original quote even though less than 50% of the job is complete. I highly discourage using this comp
