Worst experience with a builder. The company gave repeated excuses for problems instead of solving them. Poor crew organization resulted in them often not showing up without notice, requiring the client to chase them for updates. The builders were very messy, leaving paint and plaster on a new window and cement on new flooring. Despite promises, they failed to clean up and I had to clean the flooring myself to prevent damage. They are now pressuring me for final payment for the remainder of the original quote even though less than 50% of the job is complete. I highly discourage using this comp

Work began following a 50% deposit, per our terms. The project remained unfinished due to repeated changes, interruptions, and disagreements. While we strive for cleanliness, construction naturally involves dust until the final handover.
We strongly dispute any claims of harassment; we simply requested payment for work already completed. We remain open to a professional resolution and invite you to contact us directly to bring this to a fair conclusion.
