Paul and his team were very professional. Gave sound advice and priced the job well. Absolutely no complaints.

The scope of the work was to replace some damaged tiles on my porch roof, and fix some guttering on the first floor. After an initial evaluation showed up some asbestos in the current tiles, they arranged for the safe removal after which the team came onsite to replace with similar clay tiles. All work was completed on the same day, to a very high standard, and they probably left the site cleaner than when they arrived! Very polite and easy to communicate with as well. Recommended!

Great communication and came away confident following the quoting process. Was the only company I received quotes from that actually got onto the roof to assess things first. The team that carried out the work was polite, explained what they were doing and answered questions. I work from home and hardly knew they were here.

They showed up on the next day after I accepted their quote. That’s so great, given the urgency of the job. They have also inspected deeper layer of the roof when replacing the tiles and identified other hidden issues. There will probably be a follow-up project with them to fix that.

The weather caused a couple of alterations to planned visit but all good in the end . Very quick, very tidy work. I would recommend this company.

Delighted to have found Premier Roof Care. We had a small leak in the corner of a bedroom. I was worried that it was a symptom of a much more serious problem. Paul identified the problem as ridge tiles needing repointing. huge relief. The work was done quickly, professionally and with the minimum of fuss. I would recommend Premier to anyone.
