  Storage battery fuse kept tripping

  Alex came out to see us. He was courteous, informative and helpful. We updated the software on the battery and Alex explained how the battery was linked to house electrics. Highly recommended - we will be using Wiltshire Renewables for any future electricals or renewables business.

  Issue with socket shorting out circuit

  Ben was on time, sorted the problem quickly and easily. Really pleased and appreciative he was able to come out so quickly given the problem socket was a kitchen one so quite essential to get the problem sorted asap. Thank you Ben, great job!

  Various electrical jobs

  I needed a lot of jobs done from small (checking if some wires are live and making safe) to reasonably big (redoing and upgrading the fuse board and rewiring in areas). I contacted Premier based on their reviews here. Ben quickly got in touch, came round within a day or so and had a look and quoted me a very reasonable estimate. Ben and Alex came round on the day they said and got everything done in the time they said and the invoice matched the estimate, no messing about, good tidy work and kept in communication by text all through the period. I would highly recommend Premier!

  Correctly installed solar installation & sorted electrical problems in the house

  Ben, ALex & crew sorted out my bodged up solar installation & also sorted electrical problems found in the house, some caused by the cowboys who installed the solar. KOZE Home did the original solar installation & made a right mess of it all☹️ SO pr Wiltshire ltd guys had to basically remove it all and install it correctly to MCS standard's, also rectified a LOT of other safety issues found, Big shout out to the scaffolding guys too👏 Am very happy with all the work done, competitive prices too Highly recommend 👍🤗

  Replace a caravan hook up box and replace a cable between 2 hookups.

  Excellent comms, a fair quote, work completed as spec’d and on time. Tidied up and disposed of all rubbish. Very courteous and a pleasant. Would use this firm again if require similar work in the future.
