What a start to the New Year, scratching noises in the wall cavity which were really loud & disturbing. On inspection of the Loft space there was evidence of vermin activity (droppings & gnawed bin bags) Got in touch with Premier Pest Control, got a rapid response with price & several appointment options. The technician said he would get to us around 3pm that day, he was spot on with the time. Kieran told us what to expect with the 3 visit schedule, he set about the inspection of the loft. He informed us what he was going to do, which he did efficiently. He was very knowledgeable & friendly.

The technician who attended my property was an extremely courteous and knowledgeable chap named Tony. He laid traps on his first visit and by the third visit my problem was solved. His sense of humour and confidence put my wife and I at ease so much so that I recommended Premier Post Control to my neighbours and a friend who had a similar problem.
