We had to get a new sturdy lock fitted in to our room doors . He did a stellar job to get it sorted for us. Very diligent and clean with his work. We have since then called him back twice for routine maintenance of locks : door knobs and handles

Scott was very polite and professional when I contacted him. He rang me back to let me know when he would arrive, checked everything thoroughly and sorted the issue. He was happy to wait while I tested unlocking and locking the door myself to ensure that I was confident. I'd thoroughly recommend him.
